MISSION

The BROWNFIELD FOUNDATION is a platform within which all parties involved in the redevelopment of sites with complex preconditions can consult one another about legislation, procedures, techniques and best practices in view of contributing to accurate decision-making processes and social-economically profitable realisations.

 

ORGANISATION

In each of our echelons and with all our activities, we aim at a balanced representation of public parties, private companies and experts. The private companies are mostly real estate developers and promoters and construction companies. The experts include, among others, spatial planning experts, architects, soil experts, lawyers, financial experts and process supervisors.

When participating in a remunerated activity, these data are completed by the required invoicing data, i.e. invoicing address and corresponding VAT or company registration number, as well as the history of interventions of the professional in question.
